  1. What is SPF and DKIM?
    SPF (Sender Policy Framework) verifies that the messages your domains send originated from a listed server. In addition, it provides a list of servers approved to send mail from your domains & DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) verifies the sender and the integrity of a message.

  2. Why should I enable SPF and DKIM?
    Both play a role in preventing email spoofing, spamming and phishing.

  3. How do I enable SPF and DKIM?
    This is enabled by default if your mails are hosted by Asushost.co.ke. To confirm logon to cPanel admin console > Email Deliverability. The status should read 'Valid'

  4. What if I host my own mail server?
    Logon to cPanel admin console > Email Deliverability > Manage > Edit settings as required.
